Our Services

We provide a full event management service both in the UK and internationally. But what does this mean in practice? In short we take care of all the administrative tasks, travel & accommodation and delegate services that go into making an event a success. One of our core skills is project management because events are complex entities. All sorts of people, resources and facilities have to come together precisely over a number of days. SQ Communications provide a wide range of services including;

Locating potential venues.
(Hotels & conference facilities.)
Arranging Team Building activities and arranging supply of support equipment and kit
Negotiating rates and making bookings with hotels. A/V equipment including filming, office equipment, computers, projectors, etc.
Provision of on-site logistics support, administration, secretarial services at each workshop event. Booking delegates transport and travel.
Reserving attendance with candidates by maintenance of prospects database. Preparation of presentation materials - e.g. OHP slides, workbooks, handouts, pre-work.
Scheduling attendance of all contributors (facilitators, guests, delegates, consultants, etc.) Arranging exhibition material & staging
Ordering of all equipment required - stationery, books, CDs, videos, flip-charts, posters, etc. Organising evening entertainment.
