Our Process
We will usually work through a sequence of steps that ensures we
deliver on time on budget every time. What we do is important.
But how we do it is equally important to ensure that we deliver
quality outcomes. Everything we do has a clear delivery date and
therefore we strive to get things right first time. So broadly the
key stages in our event plan are;
| Client Brief (face-to-face) |
Discuss background to the event, overall purpose, specific objectives, the delegates and their work history, venue proposals, ideas, who the trainers are, budget, dates, media proposals. |
| Brief Confirmation (written) |
SQ write-up the brief to ensure that key issues are documented and actions clearly agreed. |
| Schedule and Work-Flow |
SQ develop a detailed schedule and work-flow to make sure that each element of the event will come in on time and that the priority tasks are clearly identified. |
| Event Timetable |
We work with the event director to put together a detailed timetable for the event itself. |
